Lodging

Postock is a camping festival. There are a number of camping areas set-up around the property. We try to set up on area further away from the stages, but it should be noted, Postock is a music festival and music tends to go until about 2am in the morning. There are also a number of B&Bs in the area which are lovely and affordable.

Bathrooms

We rent 4 port-o-potties and have them serviced overnight so there are no overflow issues. We strongly encourage nature pees. There is an outdoor shower and a creek (Sugar River) near by to go "swim" (read: wade) in.

food

Postock provides approximately 5 full meals to attendees. Dinner Friday, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, and Breakfast on Sunday morning. All food is home-cooked by hardworking volunteers and families. As much as possible the food is locally sourced.

Beverages

There are kegs of the most delicious beer you have ever tasted. If you like to play games with your beer, we suggest bringing along a case of Natty Ice for such that occasion.

DOGS

We humbly request you leave your doggos at home.

Volunteer

If you are interested in volunteering with food or clean-up crew for the festival please just drop us a line at postockfestival@gmail.com.

Art / Workshops / Perform

If you would like to bring some art up the festival, do an installation, host a workshop, or perform, you can email postockfestival@gmail.com. For performers— please note that the stages are largely booked but that does not mean you are not welcome to bring a guitar and play around the campfire or hop up during the open mic.

directions

Print out the directions or have them saved before you get off the highway. Service is EXTREMELY spotty once you get out in the country. Also, if you are leaving Chicago, we HIGHLY recommend leaving work early on Friday to beat the traffic and get to enjoy the full lineup of music.

Merch

There will be amazing merch for sale at the festival at the merch table.

Bugs

Yes.
